In the case of goods any one or more of the following:

  1. the replacement of the goods or the supply of equivalent goods;
  2. the repair of the goods;
  3. the payment of the cost of replacing the goods or of acquiring equivalent goods; or
  4. the payment of the cost of having the goods repaired; or

In the case of services:

  1. the supply of the services again; or
  2. the payment of the cost of having the services supplied again.

Termination

The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to pursue all of its legal remedies, including but not limited to, deletion of your postings from the Website and immediate termination of your registration with or ability to access this Website and/or any other service provided to You by the Company, upon any breach by You of these Terms or if the Company is unable to verify or authenticate any information You submit to the Website or other Website registration. Force Majeure
